Uplifting our RGS Alumnae Covid-19 Frontliners
Happy September everyone!
We kickstart the month with a BIG THUMBS UP for our medical and social work frontliners who are actively engaged in the fight against Covid-19 since it took the world by storm, and rocked its normality out of the door. We salute you, brave women frontliners, and your families, for riding the storm with us on the frontline! Take care!
RGSA Exco has specially commissioned our very own alum, Kelley Cheng Swee Ling (Class of ‘88), to create an artwork for our frontliners.
About the artwork:
Covid-19 has affected every single life in the world, but the pandemic has also brought the world together – every continent, every country and every one of us, we are all fighting this together. The artwork is a celebration of the human spirit where every crisis brings people closer together, this is the same spirit we share with our RGS Alumni who are in the medical field and fighting at the frontline, we might not be there physically, but we are fighting this battle together with you.
